European Trafficker (UK)

We are seeking a bright and talented individual looking to join our dynamic company as European Trafficker in our London office. The ideal candidate will be motivated and excited about working at a fast-paced start up, loves getting stuff done (early!) and is passionate about the Internet. We will provide complete training so no industry experience is required, however you must be smart, organized and want to start your career in online media.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational procedures for a large portfolio of advertising networks and affiliate advertisers for our European partners
  • Provide end-to-end customer service for all partner needs
  • Issue custom tags for greater inventory optimisation
  • Review and approve online insertion orders
  • Communicate ad quality guidelines to ad network partners
  • Maintain ad quality standards by pre-screening creatives and coordinate removal of inappropriate content
  • Monitor and report on trends in ad quality
  • Set up creative collateral and track requirements during trafficking process\
  • Troubleshoot ad delivery issues
  • Analyze fulfillment requests across accounts
  • Coordinate and communicate across multiple teams daily to maximize publisher revenue
  • Manage, monitor, and communicate performance for a portfolio of large publishers
  • Provide end-to-end customer service for all partner needs
  • Analyze inventory metrics and industry trends across accounts
  • Communicate and coordinate across multiple teams daily to maximize publisher revenue

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Economics, Math, Statistics or other quantitative major
  • Top -tier school and high GPA highly desirable
  • Strong analytic, strategic and creative problem solving skills
  • Fluent in at least one European language (French, German or Spanish preferable)
