The clouds parted and the sun shined on the University of Southern California last week for their Fall 2011 Viterbi Engineering Career Expo. Along with over 75 over companies, the Rubicon Project was in attendance to speak with eager students, pass out sought after swag and make a positive impression on a potential future team member. Being one of the smallest companies in attendance, we certainly had our work cut out for us. While many of the students were very familiar with Cisco, Google, and Playstation- we took this as a chance to explain to the students who we are and what we do. This was a great recruitment experience that allowed us to build relationships with students who otherwise, might not have known they had an opportunity here at the Rubicon Project. We look forward to attending more of these events in the future and thank you USC for your hospitality!
