One way we stay on top of what is going on in and out of the office is by creating a truly unique and informative internal newsletter each month created by the Rubicon Newsies. The Rubicon Newsies is a group of talented, creative and dedicated team members who produce an awesome newsletter deemed the Rubicon ReadMe. The Rubicon Newsies is an open group and always looking for added insight and creativity from the rest of the team. It is also an at-will group, so as to not conflict with work productivity. Here is some of the inside scoop from members of the Rubicon Newsies:

Andrea Palonis: “I joined the Newsies to meet some new faces in the company and to be part of the culture that did not require me to swing a bat. It’s about being part of a fun(ny) and creative group of people at Rubicon; taking pride in delivering all the great news (and pictures!) about our company, our culture, as well as giving shout outs to all the exceptional people that work here.”

David Yoon: “Working on the newsletter gives me a chance to get to know the secret lives of Rubiconers better. We really are a diverse bunch!”

Megan Hartman: “The Rubicon Newsies = creative camaraderie. It is all about putting our noggins together to come up with a desirable monthly read for all our teammates!”

Saata Bangura: “Working on the newsletter for the last couple of months has been a great creative outlet for me. Not only do I get to design, but I also have a lot of fun collaborating with fellow team members from various parts of the company and creating a product that is reflective of all of us.”

Erin Martin: “The newsletter gives me a break from the “daily grind” to see what other members of Rubicon are doing. I enjoy all articles regarding our satellite offices because they are like our extended family that we only get to see a few times a year. I love discovering that I work with people with amazing personal stories that I would have never known had I not read our newsletter.”

Lou Fridkis: “To me, the Rubicon Newsies mean including myself as a part of the overall company rather than just a member of my group. As a Newsie, I am coming in contact with folks from various parts of tRP and gaining insight and perspective into the bigger picture of what we are doing.”
